Onesome: Home- What's the one thing your dream home must have? A really, truely, for real library. One with shelf after shelf of books to rack and care for and read and loan out... Yeah. Oh, that's a big want...

Twosome: improvement- What's the one thing you would change about your current home? New bed, couch? New carpet or wallpaper? Or something major like an addition? Hmmm... The carpet thing is almost complete... Maybe some color on the walls? I'm not much of a decorator, but the boys are old enough now that maybe we could start putting some stuff on the walls and add a knick-knack shelf or two...

Threesome: shows- Do you ever watch home improvement shows? Which one(s)? Do you actually learn anything, or is it simply entertaining? Oh, man! Sunday nights our entire household locks in on Extreme Home Makeover! ...and while it's more entertainment, we've seen a decorating idea or two we might like to try.

Midnight moon...

Since my camera just cannot capture the night sky in this hour before the new day rings in, let's pretend you can step outside with me to look up at the bright, bright moon as it lights up the night.

Let's pretend you have jet contrails in your sky framing the midnight moon and directing your gaze toward one of the planets visible this time of year.

Let's pretend you can see the shadows on the ground cast by the reflected light from the sun heralding a new day half a globe away....

Let's pretend you can see the moonlight passing through the trees and sparkling on the water below...
