Onesome: Chili-- Okay, chili with beans or chili without beans? ...and how hot? ...and do you make your own? (recipes are accepted <g> ) With, generally. ...and hot enough to warrant a dip in the pool in the middle of January. ...or mild enough to be eaten all day long during a Sunday football fest. Hmmm... Yeah, I've cooked a pot or two in my time!

Twosome: Cheese-- ...and with cheese on top? ..or is that an abomination? ...and while we're at it: hamburgers or cheese burgers? Oh, I could go on and on and on... Sure, why not? I mean other than: Does that change the type of beer? It's not like it's a red/white wine thing, -no? Hamburgers? Plain for the most part, but a slice of Swiss between two patties? Sure. ...and yes, I could definitely go on and on and on <g>

Threesome: Nachos-- Now the serious one for the southwesterners (and others of distinction <g> ): What's on your nachos? Cheese? Seven layers of fun stuff? What's a nacho? Hmmm... We're going to have to do recipes for sure this Winter! Cheese and beef and sour cream and refried beans and guacamole and... Yeah, load them up and let's go to town on a batch!
