Clouds of grey
and shades of blue
a limited palette
unlimited hue

The grey darkens down
and drives off the blue

now unbroken sky
rain long overdue

The timid repair
the bold venture forth
those with no choice
yet stay the course

The winds gather force
the rain drives 'gainst all
trees bend and bow
lest sometime they fall

The land renews now
the people survive
they rebuild the damage
and by that decide...
