The Thursday Threesome... (from cassie-b!)

Onesome: Crockpot-- Hey, Winter is just around the corner! Does that mean crockpot meals for you? ...and how about the students: When you get home for the holidays will Mom have had something simmering all day? Oh, yeah, Shelley will be cooking up a storm as soon as I replace her 'too hot' crockpot with a decent one. She likes to put tri-tips in and let them cook while we're at work. ...an she has a couple of chicken recipes that are nice too. Yep, let the cool weather begin!

Twosome: Marmalade-- Chunk style or creamy? Do you even do jams, jellies and peanut butters with bits and pieces in them? ...or is that something you like have stocked on the shelves? Creamy. Smooth. Yep, no surprises. ...but there is an exception: orange marmalade on an English muffin rocks for me. My mom introduced me to the stuff decades ago and I still like having some around for a snack...

Threesome: Chicken--pot pies? Do you love 'em or hate 'em? Simple, -eh? ...and if you love 'em, where do you find good ones? ...or is that even possible <g>? I loath the things... I suppose that's from the stuff cranked out in the fifties with the vegetables that were just terrible (man, the thought of the taste still makes my tongue curl)... There is one place in town that supposedly has a good product, but I think this scar is a lifelong thing...
