Onesome: Seventeen Shopping-- Malls? ..or one Internet? Are you doing more online shopping this year? The polls say we are, but I'm curious about what the real people are doing. More online than inthe past, but I still have some local stuff (and I'm just dreading that!).
Twosome: Days-- ...or "Daze"? Are you finished with your shopping? Do you still a few things to go? What? Not even a game plan? ...or is there just one person you're having trouble finding something for? Oh, heck, I have much to do. Ummm... "Most"? Yeah, most...
Threesome: Left!-- What's left to do at your place (or where you are going)? Is the tree up? ...or maybe you're just happy you found the Christmas coffee mug and are calling that good? I think we're under control here. I may still put up one 'town scene', but only if I'm really feeling the music...
How about you? Let us know, over on The Back Porch...

Pay no attention to monkey on the hi-hat cymbal...
...but evidently he's registered a second place.
...and he appears to have his stocking ready for Santa.

Good old-fashioned bloggin'...
The other day, I mentioned a painting that Donna uses as her Christmas theme at her place; she didn't have her site redone then, but she redid it the next day. Of note, there are two details of that painting here in this post...
Continuing with the Christmas theme, one of my daily stops during this season is Susan Preston's Advent Calendar:
While my interpretation of a portion of her logo is even more period than hers, her Advent Calendar is anything but old style. I mean, once you see the one about the chicken... No, I'll let you go see for yourself. ...and don't forget to click around a bit to discover the "Christmas Eggs" hidden here and there...
...and while we're looking at Advent pictures, there are also Advent word pictures available: Gordon Atkinson wrote the forward to an Advent reader that he linked the other day. I downloaded a copy and have found it makes for a very nice night time read. (...and if you read Gordon's take on The Christmas Story last year, this season he has his own audio book version available. It's a cool listen...)
Okay, back to photoblogging...
